William H. Wright

William H. Wright, 49, Altoona, went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Saturday. He was born in Suitland, MD, son of William L. Wright, Jr. and Karen M. (Young) Wright. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his mother, Karen Wright; six children: Amanda (Hunter), Brittany (Craig), Symantha, Nathan, Jonathan, and Jenna Rose: grandchildren: Padyn, Synthia, Caleb, Jennalee, and Boden; and two sisters: Janie and Paula. William preferred to be called Bill or Sonny and was an all-around loving, brilliant man, father, and son. Bill enjoyed lots of great times with his children and grandchildren. He was a very dedicated, hard-working father who lived life to the fullest and wanted nothing more than his children and grandchildren to be happy and healthy. Bill loved his pets as well. He will be overwhelming missed, never forgotten, and forever loved. Friends will be received from Noon until the 2 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata with Pastor John Collins officiating. Interment will be made at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Companion Cats, P.O. Box 2568, Battle Creek, Michigan 49016.
