Timothy John Barney
February 4, 1973 — March 14, 2021
Timothy John Barney, 48, of Allenville, N.Y., passed away Monday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late John Barney and Ilene Barney. He married Angela Barney.
He is survived by his wife, Angela; and his mother, Ilene Barney of Altoona.
Tim was a graduate of Penn State Altoona with a bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering.
He worked as a Hub Operations Manager for Charter Communication.
Tim had a love for knowledge and learning and would lend a hand to anyone who needed help.
He loved nothing more than to watch trains go by or build the latest Lego kit. He also loved nothing more than to come home from work and snuggle on the couch with his two dogs, Molly and Jasmine.
Friends will be received from 1 until the 2 p.m. memorial service Friday, March 19, 2021, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata.
