Shirley M. (Wagner) Coltabaugh, 90, a resident of Maybrook Hills, formerly from Lakemont, passed away on September 25, 2026.

She was born March 30, 1936 in Altoona, the daughter of the late David E. and Della M. (Shadle) Wagner.

On May 24, 1958, she married William N. Coltabaugh, Jr. He preceded her in death on January 19, 2013.

She is survived by her children: Jeffery Coltabaugh of Lakemont, Maryann (Richard) Keefer of Reedsville, Terry Coltabaugh (Melissa Connor) of Jacksonville, NC, John (Kathleen) Coltabaugh of Tyrone and Jennifer Miner (Caleb Peek) of Harrisonburg, VA; 11 grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Richard D. Wagner.

Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 am on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am. Interment will be made at Carson Valley Cemetery, Allegheny Township.
