Sandra F. Geimer, 76, Altoona, died Monday morning, February 9, 2026, at her home. She was born October 15, 1949, in Altoona, a daughter of the late Robert J. Foust and Barbara (Redline) Foust Braim. She married Charles J. “Chuck” Geimer, Jr. on August 11, 2000, in Rockville, MD.

Surviving is her husband, Charles “Chuck” Geimer, Altoona, A stepdaughter Melissa Geimer, of Virginia, three siblings, Pamela Foust Leipold of Jefferson, PA, Robert Foust in Pittsburgh and Rebecca Foust in California. She was preceded in death by a son Justin Beigle and twin sister Linda Kehoe.

Sandra retired as the Office Manager at Kopp Drug. She was a graduate of Altoona Area High School.

Her hobbies included building miniature doll houses.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Monday, March 16, 2026 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona, PA, with committal at Grandview Cemetery.
