Ralph Wayne Troutman, Sr.

Ralph Wayne Troutman, Sr., 71, Altoona, passed away Sunday afternoon in Harrisburg surrounded by his family. He was born in Altoona, son of the late George Frederick, Sr. and Marjorie Josephine (Kern) Troutman. On October 16, 1982, he married Ruth Ann Nixon in Altoona. In addition to his wife; he is survived by a son, Ralph Wayne “RJ” Troutman, Jr. and wife Natalie of Harrisburg; two grandchildren: Shay and Lettie; and five siblings: George, Jr., Clare, Janet, June and Sheila. He was preceded in death by two sons, Ryan Charles and Ramon Earl. Ralph was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Congregation. He enjoyed trips to the beach, spending time with family and reading. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Rose Hill Cemetery, 501 E Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, 16602 with Pastor Warren Yeager officiating.
