Paul E. Mauk

Paul E. Mauk, 93, Camp Hill, formerly of Altoona, passed away Wednesday afternoon at The Woods at Cedar Run. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Paul D. and Elsie (Whetstine) Mauk. He married Martha D. Wicker in Cumberland, MD. She preceded him in death on November 28, 2007. He is survived by four children: Arthur P. Mauk of Camp Hill, Darlie P. Kee in Texas, LuAnn Black of Altoona and Sherry Moses (Roger) of New Paris; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; a brother, Harold Mauk of East Freedom; and special friend, Evelyn Hetrick of Williamsburg. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Melissa Mauk; two great grandsons: Devon and Damon Routier; and nine brothers and sisters. Paul retired after 41 years of service from Conrail. He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Juniata and enjoyed golfing and bowling. Friends will be received from 10 am to 12 Noon on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata where a funeral service will be held at Noon with Pastor Brad Price officiating. Interment will be made at Alto Reste Park.
