Paul Nelson Luckenbaugh

Paul Nelson Luckenbaugh, 73, Altoona, passed away Saturday at Maybrook Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in York, a son of the late William Henry and Ann Luckenbaugh. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra L. (Ellis) Luckenbaugh, of Altoona; a brother, Bill Luckenbaugh, of York; two sisters: Linda Stambaugh, of Mount Wolf, PA and Vada Egger, of Hummelstown; a grandson, Ryan Furseth of Utah; and caregivers, Rod and Ruth Baumgartner. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Stephanie Furseth. Paul worked installing flooring. He was self-employed and also work for Lowe’s and Home Depot in the flooring department. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, hunting and fishing, yardwork, gardening, and woodworking. He enjoyed helping people with carpentry and flooring. At the request of the deceased, no public services will be held. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
