Norman Franklin Johns, 47, Altoona, passed away Saturday morning. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Norman F. Stotler, Sr. and Grace Veloz Johns. He is survived by a sister, Carole MacVicar of McKees Rocks. He was preceded in death by a brother, Nicholas Johns. No public services will be held. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
