Ned Shoenberger, Jr.

Ned Shoenberger, 43, Altoona died Saturday from COVID. He was born in Altoona, son of Brenda Quarry. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancé, Janna Libby of Altoona; a sister, Nicole Shoenberger and wife Nicole Rosen of Baltimore, MD; aunts: Tina Scott and husband John of Tyrone and Lisa McGinnis in Virginia; cousins: Jessica Raffetto and husband Mark of Tyrone, Lydia Caskey and husband Tyler in Virginia and Matthew McGinnis in Virginia; and maternal grandmother, Donna Quarry of Altoona. Ned was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed the Pens, Penn State Football and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was an animal lover and enjoyed hiking. A celebration of life will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602.
