Margaret E. (Korman) Gebhart

Margaret “Margie” Elaine (Korman) Gebhart, 85, Altoona, passed away Thursday at UPMC Altoona. 

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Edward B., Sr. and Ida J. (Reffner) Korman.

She is survived by two sons: William J. Korman and Jody L. Gebhart, both of Altoona; and two siblings: James Korman and Gene Korman, Sr.

She was preceded in death by siblings: Leslie Korman, Edward Korman, Jr., Thelma Korman and George Reffner.

Margie was a 1956 graduate of Altoona High School. She worked as a waitress at Texas Hotdogs up until her retirement in February 2003. She was also a Senior Companion for Blair Senior Services at Hillview.

At the request of the deceased, no public services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Grandview Cemetery.
