Louise C. Albright, Altoona, peacefully passed away on Thursday at the age of 101, surrounded by the loving presence of her family.

She was born in Munson, PA, a daughter of the late Emil and Augusta (Banks) Tulowitzki.

On June 15, 1946, she married Frederick D. Albright. He preceded her in death on December 14, 1992.

Louise is survived by a son, Fred Albright (Donna) of Hollidaysburg; two daughters: Carol McCracken of Altoona and Dianne Neff of Hollidaysburg; grandchildren: Matthew Albright (Shannon), Mark Albright (Wynter), Jeff Neff (Leanne), Timothy Neff and Noah Neff (Danielle); great grandchildren: Joy, Issac, Jimmy and Ryan Neff and Ryan and Andrew Albright; and two sisters: Genevive Sejda of SC and Mildred Gradwell of Philadelphia.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Albert, Herbert, Ruth, Mary, Jule and Harold.

Louise attended Providence Presbyterian Church. She lived a life defined by hard work and kindness. She found great joy in cooking and baking, sharing her talents and warmth with those around her.

Family and friends will be received from 10 am until Noon on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where a funeral service will begin at Noon with Rev. Dr. Hilary E. Livingston officiating. Interment will be made at Alto Reste Park.
