Louis C. Adams

Louis C. Adams, 55, Bellwood, died Wednesday evening at the Altoona Center for Nursing Care. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Ronald, Sr. and Sylvia (Adams) Merritts. He is survived by three children: Carol Adams of Duncansville, Paula Mortimer and husband Michael, Jr. of Altoona, and Andrew Adams and fiancé Natalie of Bellwood; five grandchildren: Michael III, Caleb and Benjamin Mortimer, Kayleeanha Adams and Gracie Houk; two brothers: Ronald, Jr. and David Merritts; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Houk, III. A private burial will be held at Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
