Kenneth Leon Lockard, Jr., 66, Altoona passed away Tuesday, December 21st at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of Kenneth Leon, Sr. and Glenda Sue (Focht) Lockard. He is survived by his mother, Sue; three sons: Christopher Lockard of Wilmington, DE, Ryan Lockard and wife Erin of Wilmington, DE, and Nicholas Lockard of Wilmington, DE; and two grandchildren: Delaney Lockard of Wilmington, DE and Mason Lockard of Altoona. Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, music, Western movies, and college football. He served in the US Navy and Army National Guard. Private family services were held.
