John A. Smeal

John A. Smeal, 80, Altoona, passed away Tuesday morning at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late John A., Jr. and Alice Louise (Suckling) Smeal. He is survived by his wife, Rita J. of Altoona; five children: Kim Ann Drost of Altoona, Kenneth M. Smeal of Cresson, Nancy L. Risley of Newport, NC, Robert J. Smeal of Altoona, and Richard P. Smeal of West, VA; 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a sister, Judith Jantz of Canada. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Fagan.
