Jeffrey Mark Crawford, age 61, of Verona, PA, formerly of Altoona, passed away on Tuesday at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

He was born in Altoona, the son of Edward “Ted” Crawford and Carol (Hazel) Crawford.

On October 16, 2021, he married the love of his life, Linda Veronica Drusky. Together, they shared 17 years of love and life.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Carol Crawford; his beloved wife, Linda, of Verona; his daughter, Kara Szuminsky of Verona; a brother, Ted Crawford (Sherri) of Johnstown; nieces, Laura (Andrew) Clouse and Sasha (Rob) Opel; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Drusky of Pittsburgh; and his brothers-in-law, Brian Drusky of Pittsburgh and Robert Drusky of Middletown, OH. He is also lovingly remembered by Diana Crawford, wife of his late father, Ted.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward “Ted” Crawford; a brother, Kevin Crawford; and his father-in-law, William Drusky.

Jeffrey was a dedicated Journeyman Electrician whose passion extended beyond his profession. He found peace in the great outdoors, especially while hiking and spending time surrounded by nature and the mountains he loved. Above all else, Jeffrey cherished his family. His greatest joy came from the moments shared with those he loved, and the time spent together will forever be cherished.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 12:00 noon at The Getaway Bar & Grill, 3049 Sussex Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15226.
