Jean M Burris

Jean M. Burris, 66, Altoona, died Wednesday evening, March 4, 2026, at UPMC-Altoona following an extended illness.

She was born August 12, 1959, in Altoona, a daughter of the late Llewellyn A. Williams and Dora M. (Decker) Williams.

Surviving is a daughter Cassidy Garay and husband Luis Monet Olmeda, of Altoona, two granddaughters; Adalyn Monet-Garay and Camila Monet-Garay, twin sister Joan M Cromwell of Altoona, brother Thomas Williams of Springfield, Ohio, three nieces; Nichole Hollibaugh, Altoona, Mandy Drost, Altoona and Stephanee Drost, Johnstown.

She was preceded in death by a son, Tony Lee McCloskey and three brothers; John L. Williams, Llewellyn A. Williams, Jr. and James L. Williams.

She was a member of the Restored Apostolic Ministries of Altoona. She loved baking and won an award in Eustis, VA for superior baking. She also loved family gatherings, singing, dancing and loved birds. 

A memorial service will be held at Restored Apostolic Ministries, on March 11, 2026 at 2pm. Location of church is 1500 North 6th Avenue, Altoona PA 16601.
