Janet Grey Crossland

Janet Grey Crossland, 75, Martinsburg, formerly of Bellevue, PA, passed away Tuesday afternoon at Homewood at Martinsburg.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter of the late Albert Watson and Jane Grey (Poole) Crossland.

She is survived by a sister, Carol Ann Leister; nieces: Megan Bever and her children, Alexis and Michael and Christine Leister; a cousin: David Poole; and special friend, Albert Eck. She also leaves behind several other adoring cousins.

Janet earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH with the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude. She had a passion for reading and a keen interest in family history and politics.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
