Harry W. Cunningham, Jr., 81, Altoona, passed away Wednesday, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Harry W., Sr. and Minerva (Christofic) Cunningham. On August 18, 1958, he married Durlaine Leher in Altoona.
In addition to his wife, Durlaine, of 63 years, he is survived by three children: Lori Jo Brumm and husband John of Altoona, David Scott Cunningham and wife Mary of Altoona, and Stacey Lynn Lingafelt and husband Tom of Altoona; grandchildren: John Jacob Brumm, Joshua Brumm, Scott Coke, Heather Mangus, Brenda McKee, Jack Coke, Ryan Coke, Angela Smith, Travis Lingafelt, and Hunter Belin; and 18 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia Kennedy and husband Larry of South Carolina, and their children: Renee and Todd.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Cody Belin and a niece, Tonya Kennedy.
Harry retired from Stroehmann’s as a bread driver salesman.
He attended Mount Olivet Lutheran Church and was a member of the Bellwood Beagle Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and watching wrestling with his grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 pm on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5 pm.
