Frederick M Teigler, 73, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at his home.
He was born in Buffalo, son of the late Frederick A. and Mildred P. (Priest) Teigler. On September 1, 1973, he married Marie E. Kovalcik in Morristown, NJ. She preceded him in death on December 21, 2005.
Fred is survived by two children: Sarah E. Teigler in White Oak and Jeffrey E. Teigler (Brenna) in Castro Valley, CA; a granddaughter, Aspen; and a sister, Karen Horst.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Gretchen Honnick.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 408 N 6th Street, Altoona, PA 16601 with Pastor Elizabeth Hess officiating.
Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
