Frank Richard Rahm, 54, Altoona, died Saturday morning, June 5, 2021 in Altoona. He was born in Altoona on December 11, 1966, the son of Francis and Beverly (Koch) Rahm.
He worked for Blair Signs from April 2017-2019, Bedford plastics from Nov. 2011-April 2017 and for Bell/ATT from August 1988-2001.
He was a 1985 graduate of Altoona High School and completed Bell lineman training in August 1988.
Frank loved to fish and enjoyed hunting especially archery. His love of the outdoors included wildlife, camping and boating. He had a green thumb and gardened with vegetable plants and flowers. Everything grew and multiplied for him. He had great Steeler spirit and liked to watch movies and nascar racing. Cutting and splitting firewood took up a lot of his time. Frank is survived by his parents, Francis and Beverly (Koch) Rahm; his sister Lori (Michael) Smith, three nephews Richard (Kylie) Smith, Andrew (Jenna) Smith, and Mitchell Smith; two great nieces, Alexee and Brynlee and one 1 great nephew, Coleson; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A memorial service for Frank will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the Altoona Lighthouse Men's Fellowship, 224 Woomer Road, Altoona, PA 16601 with Pastor John Collins officiating.
