Diana “Diane” Jean Beiswenger, 74, Altoona, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday evening at her home.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert Gene, Sr. and Marjorie Jane (Overcash) Kearns.

On April 24, 1972, she married Gerald “Jerry” Clair Beiswenger. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2018.

Diane is lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Kim Beiswenger, Jessie Beiswenger, and Rachael Beiswenger, all from Altoona; her siblings, Robert Gene Kearns, Jr. of Hollidaysburg, Linda Tantanella of Hop Bottom, and David Kearns of Hollidaysburg; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed many pastimes including crafts, puzzles, puzzle books, sewing, and reading. Diane was known for her warm personality, her love for people, and her dedication to Bible studies.

Family and friends will be received from Noon to 1 pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 1 pm with Pastor Carl Wolfe officiating. Inurnment will be made at Cresson Union Cemetery, Cresson.
