Carol Ann Marks

Carol Ann Marks, 87, Altoona, passed away Friday at her home.

She was born in Altoona, son of the late Harry and Dorothy (Norris) Foose. She married Norman L. Marks on June 23, 1956 in Juniata. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2012.

Carol is survived by a son, Jeffrey Marks of Altoona; a sister, Dorothea in Virginia; daughter-in-law, Judy Marks; brother-in-law, John Marks; numerous nieces and nephews; and best friends, Lowell and Grace Murray.

She was preceded in death by a son, Barry Leroy Marks.

Carol was a member of Riggles Gap Bible Church. She retired from Bellwood School District as cafeteria worker. She enjoyed hunting for treasures at flea markets and yard sales.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 am on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Riggles Gap Bible Church, 613 Lear Road, Altoona, 16601 where a funeral service will be held at 11 am with Reverend William Ice officiating. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Riggles Gap Bible Church.
