Barbara Ann Boggs

Barbara Ann Boggs, 80, Altoona, passed away Friday morning surrounded by her family.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian (Nagle) Kutyba.

She is survived by four children: James Ritz of Altoona, Ron Ritz and wife Nadine of Altoona, Dolly Jarrett of East Freedom, and Milt Ritz of Altoona; four grandchildren: Amanda Stolz, Jenell Ritz, Ryan Ritz, and Ashley Singer; five great grandchildren: Braydon, Ryker, Damian, Alexis and Harper; and a sister, Ginger Haines of Harrisburg.

Barbara worked as a nurse’s aide at various nursing homes throughout her career. She enjoyed spending time on her porch and working around her yard.

Friends will be received from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4^th Avenue, Altoona, 16601 where a funeral service will be held at 1 pm with Victor La Valla officiating. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
