Amanda K. Henninger

Amanda K. Henninger, 43, Altoona, passed away Monday evening at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Kenneth and Donnis (Smith) Miller. On September 5, 1998, she married Michael A. Henninger in Altoona. In addition to her husband, Mike, of 22 years, she is survived by her mother, Donnis of Altoona; three children: Kristopher Henninger and wife Brianna, Ashleigh Bittner and husband Jeremy and Brayden Henninger, all of Altoona; a granddaughter, Charlotte Bittner; and mother-in-law, Patricia Wyland and husband Francis of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Miller. Amanda worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Thompson’s Pharmacy for many years. She was an avid reader and loved her yearly family vacations to Ocean City, Maryland. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Juniata United Methodist Church, 808 N 4th Altoona, 16601. Due to recent restrictions, we will be rotating guests in and out during the visitation hours. A private family service will be held immediately following visitation. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
