Rebecca Ann Amrhein

Rebecca Ann Amrhein, 38, of Altoona, died Thursday, at her residence. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Allen D. Amrhein (deceased) and Connie L (Harker) Bigley. Surviving are her mother Connie of Kane, Pa; one brother Andrew Amrhein of Altoona; and Aunt Florence Morrison of Duncansville; two step-brothers: Jerry Bigley and his wife Dawn and Steve Bigley and his wife Shelia; one step-sister Linda Kinney and her husband Jeff, all of Kane, PA; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as her cats M & M and Peanut. Rebecca was a 1989 graduate of Kane High School, and was employed as a cook at the Dream Restaurant. Friends will be received from 12-2 PM and 5-7 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where funeral services will be held at 7 PM, with Rev. James B. Coveney, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
