Cindy S. Stevens, 55, of Altoona, died Sunday at Altoona Hospital. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Frank L. and Mary L. (Blair) Morgan. She married Hobert (Hobie) Stevens, who survives her. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
