William Marlin Mann, 74, of Altoona died Sunday. He was born in Altoona, son of Eugene E. Sr. and Bertha Irene (Finnegan) Mann. Surviving are his wife, Wanda L. (Worley); and three siblings: Eugene E. Jr. of Altoona, Rosella A. Nicodemus of Levittown and Barbara A. Bower of Lock Haven. William was a U.S. Army veteran. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata.
