Barbara A. Lonsinger

Barbara A. Lonsinger, 62, Altoona, died Saturday morning at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leroy and Thelma Stotler. She married Dorsey B. Lonsinger on Sept. 12, 1975. He preceded her in death on July 23, 2012. Surviving are three children: Cristy Lonsinger (Steve Salsgiver), Dorsey W. Lonsinger (Nicole) and Mike Lockard, all of Altoona; five grandchildren: Tyler, Kylee, Alyssa, Ashlee and Samantha; two sisters: Vickie Arthur (Randy) of Woodbury and Susan Hockenberry (Terry) of Altoona; and a brother, T. Michael Stotler of Altoona. Barbara graduated from Altoona High School and had worked at the former CCor Electronics as a supervisor. She enjoyed yard sales, sewing, crafting and traveling to casinos with friends. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 until the 5 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, with Pastor Jon Neely officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Blair Unit, 1004 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
