Cynthia Lynn Bohn

Cynthia Lynn Bohn, 58, Altoona, died Sunday at UPMC-Shadyside, Pittsburgh, due to complications from lung cancer. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of William and Marlene (Cartwright) Zimmerman. She is survived by her soul mate of 12 years, William Mitchell and her dog Roscoe. Also surviving are her children Aubrey Beasom of Altoona and Nicholas Parisi of Shreveport, LA, her parents of Altoona, two sisters, Paula Vincent and husband John of Altoona and Debra Barlow and husband Darrell of Shreveport, LA, a grandson Gino Williams and a host of nieces and nephews. Cindy was employed as a Life Skills Coordinator for Skills, Inc., of Altoona for 25 years. She was an avid Nascar fan who loved the beach and fishing. She always had a smile for everyone and had many friends who have loved her along with her Skills kids! Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
