Daniel S. Aurandt

Daniel S. Aurandt, 87, Altoona, passed away Friday afternoon at Golden Living-Hillview.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late M. Frank and Adah (Shannon) Aurandt.
He is survived by a brother, David E. Manbeck and wife Shirley of Altoona and several nieces and nephews.
Daniel retired for LeCrone Moving and Storage and previously worked for Forsht Concrete.
Daniel served in the Army. He enjoyed junking, barn sales, and loved to help raise farm animals.
Friends will be received, Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata where a funeral service will be held, Monday, November 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. Reverend James Rill officiating. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
