Ruth E. Nagle, 82, Altoona, passed away Friday morning at her home.
She was born in Altoona, a daughter of Arthur and Ella Mae (Richards) Erickson. She married Duane P. Nagle, Sr. on January 10, 1957 in Altoona. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2013.
Ruth is survived by two sons: Duane (Karen) and Stanley (Liz), both of Altoona; four grandchildren: Duane II (Heather), Jeremy, Brandon (Tineisha), and Amanda (Timothy); four great grandsons: Mason, Kaden, Dawson, and Trenton; and five siblings: Esther Wombacher and Pete, Phil, Charles, and Shirley Erickson.
She was preceded in death by three sisters: Elizabeth Gray, Marie Hann, and Donna Troutman and two brothers: Walter and John Erickson.
Ruth was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church and enjoyed church and spending time with her family.
Friends will be received, Monday, September 26, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 11 a.m. Pastor Warren Yeager officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.
