Joseph Stephen Hillard, 72, Altoona, died Tuesday, Septeber 12, at Maybrook Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Surviving are three children, daughter:â Christine Ridinger of Bellwood, two son:â Roy Hillard of Bellwood, Joseph Hillard of Bellwood and one brother, William A. Hillard. He was preceded in death by a brother John.
At the request of the deceased, no viewing or services were held.
