Edna Mae Booterbaugh, 74, Tyrone, passed away Sunday evening at her home.
She was born in Frugality, PA, a daughter of the late Ira and Samantha (Vaughn) Booterbaugh.
Edna is survived by her nephew, Francis A. Booterbaugh, Jr. and his fiancé, Vie Weld of Altoona; her best friend, Eileen Colangelo of Tyrone, and her beloved dog, Lady.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Francis A. Booterbaugh, Sr.
Edna volunteered at the Green Avenue Towers managing the kitchen and snack bar for many years and was known especially for her yearly breakfast for the Altoona Fire Department.
Private services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made Home Nursing Agency, Hospice, 201 Chestnut Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601.
