Alan Craig Yohn

Alan Craig Yohn, 69, Altoona, passed away Sunday afternoon at UPMC Altoona.

He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Robert and Ruth (Crabtree) Yohn. In 1986, he married Patricia “Patty” Siebert in Altoona.

In addition to his wife of 31 years, he is survived by three children: Brian Elliott (Anita) of Sinking Valley, Linda Elliott of Altoona, and Donna Cresswell of Mill Creek; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Denny of Hollidaysburg; and two sisters: Kay of Altoona and Jennie of Florida.

Craig graduated from Altoona High School and attending welding school. He owned and operated Yohn’s Welding.

He was a member of the Fourth Street Church of God, Bellwood Sportsmen’s Club and Tyrone Sportsmen’s Club. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, boating, and attending Turkey Shoots.

A memorial service will be on Friday, November 24th, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the Fourth Street Church of God, 2010 4th Street, Altoona, 16601 at a later date. Pastor Jon R. Neely officiating.
