Esther E. Huhn

Esther E. Huhn, 96, Altoona, passed away Thursday morning at the Golden Living Center Hillview.
She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Frederick J. and Emma S. (Goss) Endres. On July 18, 1941, she married Ralph E. Huhn at the Calvary Baptist Church in Altoona. He preceded her in death on January 8, 2007.
Esther is survived by a daughter, Shirley L. Foor and husband David L. of Hollidaysburg; two sons: Marvin J. of Pickerington, OH and Kenneth L. of Pittsburgh; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brenda Love; a sister, Geraldine Wiedemann; and a daughter-in-law, Connie (Myers) Huhn.
Esther was a 1939 graduate of Altoona High School. During her working years, Esther was a bookkeeper/designer at Myers Bros. Florist retiring in 1997.
Friends will be received from 2 until the 4 p.m. funeral service on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., Juniata. Pastors David Foor, Marvin Huhn, and Kenneth Huhn will be officiating. Interment will be made at Alto Reste Park Cemetery, Altoona.
