Margaret Louise Chilcot

Margaret Louise Chilcot, 91, Altoona, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Maybrook Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born August 28, 1927, in Altoona, a daughter of the late Archie Laws and Myrtle Mable (Shiffler) Laws.  She married Paul Chilcot in 1959.  He preceded her in death in 1966.

She is survived by two nieces: Dorothea Murray of Riggles Gap and Sharon Geist of Altoona; and a nephew, Ed Laws of Duncansville.   She was preceded in death by her sister, Elisabeth Lewis.

She was a graduate of Altoona High School and during her working years she worked as a clerk at Woolworth’s in Lock Haven.

At Margaret’s request, there will be no viewing or service. Private Interment will be made at Rest Haven Cemetery, Lock Haven, PA.
