Martha Mock

Martha Mock, 80, Altoona, passed away Thursday evening at home. She was born in Bamberg, Germany. She married Willis Mock in 1955; he preceded her in death in 1985.

Surviving are 4 children: Veronica Mock, Pamela Montgomery (James), Tina Mock, Tim Mock (Jody); 5 grandchildren: Brittany Murtiff, Brandon Murtiff, Mason Zillinger, Kayla Montgomery, and Christopher Montgomery, and her special family Stephanie and Greg McMullen. She was preceded in death by her grandson James Allen Dempsie.

Martha was a homemaker. She was a high school graduate, and was a member the Juniata VFW, Fort Apache. She enjoyed knitting, camping, loved her pugs Harley and Budda, and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 4 PM until the 7 PM funeral service Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
